Year 8 Review Scores and Enthusiasts- Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Year Eight was one for the books! We decided to head to Milwaukee! Milwaukee pizza is special for its ultra-thin, cracker-style crust and its signature “tavern-cut” squares — a style born in local corner bars where pizza was meant to be shared alongside cold beer. The crust is crisp but sturdy enough to hold hearty layers of toppings, often featuring local Wisconsin cheeses that give each slice a rich, creamy flavor. Many Milwaukee pizzerias add their own twist, from zesty sausage made with regional spices to sweet, tangy tomato sauces. The combination of locally sourced ingredients, community-centered tavern culture, and a perfect balance between crunch and flavor makes Milwaukee pizza a true reflection of the city’s working-class roots and love for good food and good company. As Happy Gilmore 2 was making its debut that weekend we decided to go with the Adam Sandler Movies Theme. Below are the 8 Pizza Places we tried and ranked based upon the group average along, with the group of enthusiast's who joined for this year!
