It all begins with an idea and, from then on it becomes a tradition! Year one was a success with hitting seven local pizzeria’s in our short bus!

Year Two was all about education learning what goes into a great pie, what makes it special. We sampled several different pizza locations trying to figure out our own flavor profiles that we enjoyed never really knowing we enjoyed hot honey on pizza until that day!

Covid didn’t stop this group of Pizza Enthusiasts we took our talents to one of the only few states that were still open for business! Hitting up eight of the most highly rated pizza places in the Indianapolis Area!

It was time for the big leauge’s after several years of Detroit being named in the top 5 Pizza Cities in the USA we decided to head there to try their famous Detroit Style Pizza’s. Let us tell you it didn’t disappoint! Over Eight Pizzerias during Halloween was adult trick or treating at its finest!

When year 5 hit we knew we had to go back to Chicago to put our Pizza Festival Knowledge to the test and give the Windy City a real chance to showcase their Tavern Style Pies along with a couple Deep Dishes! We decided that Pizza would be the theme!

We knew Louisville had more to offer then just Bourbon and, for one of our board members last term we decided it would be great to go see what type of Pizza this derby town offered! Dressed in our Jerseys we paraded down the streets of Louisville trying there best eight Pies!

We took our talents to the place where Provel Cheese (Provolone, White Cheddar and Swiss) originated along with a sweeter sauce type city. Blaring our Nelly music and Drinking Budweiser we dominated these 8 different Pizza Locations. Dressed in our Olympic gear kicking off opening ceremonies of the 2024 Olympics.

For our 8th annual trip we decided to take our talents to Milwaukee to find out about the town’s tavern-cut pizza with a cracker thin crust. We choose to do Adam Sandler themed movies this year as Happy Gilmore 2 was being released that day!
